Senator Leman moved and asked unanimous consent that the resolution be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so ordered. SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 30 was read the third time. The question being: "Shall SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 30 Urging the United States Forest Service to acknowledge all of the rights of the state to rights-of-way to state highways that pass through federal land, pass the Senate?" Senator Ellis gave notice of reconsideration.
